Amanda’s key strengths are her diverse experience and high-level understanding of the not-for-profit, Government, and corporate sectors. She has high-level strategic thinking capabilities, vast advocacy experience, and considerable commercial experience. Amanda has an exceptional ability to achieve results in demanding and challenging environments and an ability to build excellent relationships at all levels.
Amanda has strong academic qualifications, including a Degree in Community Education, an Advanced Diploma in Management, and a Diploma in Government.
Amanda is an accredited Change Manager and Emotional Intelligence coach.
Amanda is the first Chair of the Child and Family Reform Ministerial Advisory Council and a member of the ACTCOSS Board.
Nicholas Dunn
Administration and Director
Nicholas has over 20 years of experience in administration roles.
Nicholas has provided business support to local and international organisations, including ActewAGL, The Australian Academy of Science, CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), and IBM Australia. He is known for his attention to detail and ability to ensure jobs and projects are delivered on time to the highest standard.
Nicholas worked within the Community sector for over ten years as a disability support worker and support worker in Early Education and Care in the ACT and Queensland.


Libby Mills

Libby is a strategic thinker with exceptional skills in aligning business needs with practical solutions. She has over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO.
Libby is highly skilled in the full breadth of HR contemporary practices with specialist skills in performance management, workplace investigations, and embedding a positive workplace culture.
Libby is passionate about partnering with leaders to support them to be their very best and has over 6 years of experience as a leadership coach and mentor.
Alasdair Roy
Senior Consultant
Alasdair provides consultancy services to Australian and international government, private, and not-for-profit organisations.
Alasdair is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Canberra, Australia, and a Visiting Lecturer at the Singapore University of Social Sciences, Singapore.
Between 2008 and 2016, Alasdair was the Children and Young People Commissioner in Canberra, and between 1997 and 2008, was the Deputy Community Advocate for Children and Young People in Canberra.
Alasdair has a Master’s Degree in counselling psychology, and is currently undertaking graduate studies in Islamic Psychology.
Alasdair holds full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, and is a Member of the Australian College of Counselling Psychologists.
He is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and Member of the British Division of Educational and Child Psychologists.
He is also a Member of the Singapore Psychological Society, the Malaysian Psychological Association, and the Middle East Psychological Association.
