ELM is proud to offer a new service: Governance and Administration support. At ELM, we understand that Managers, Leaders, and Boards are under more pressure to comply with funders, Government, and legislation and that the amount of administration is ever-increasing. ELM is excited to be able to support Managers, Leaders, and Boards in meeting these increased demands.
We worked with organisations and individuals and help them with all of their administration supports.
Administrative support specialists, or administrative assistants, help executives, managers and employees perform their daily tasks and clerical responsibilities.
We provide one-off and ongoing administration support to organisations. We bring over 20 years of experience in administration support. We can support organisations with templates and processes. Our team will work with you to create a support plan that meets you, your team, the organisation, and your budget.
The objective of ‘good governance’, adapted from the definition by Sir Adrian Cadbury in Corporate Governance and Chairmanship: A Personal View (2002) is: “…holding the balance between economic and social goals and between individual and communal goals. The governance framework is there to encourage the efficient use of resources and equally to require accountability for the stewardship of those resources. The aim is to align as nearly as possible the interests of individuals, the organisation and society.”
