Our Leadership services are comprehensive, covering four distinct streams. These include Learning circles, which cater to both emerging and experienced leaders, Individual coaching for personalized guidance, Leadership training workshops for skill development, and Online webinars for convenient learning.

Learning Circles
Our Learning Circle is a focused discussion group that explores a different topic of leadership each month. The learning circle harnesses the wisdom and experience of the facilitator and professional peers. Each group of 6 to 10 peers meets for six consecutive months, providing a structured framework for high-quality peer learning and mentoring.
At the end of each session, the learning circle discusses and chooses the topic for the following month.
An example of topics that could be discussed in the groups are:
- Leadership vs Management
- Psychological Contracts
- Creating an effective team
- Leadership style in focus, e.g. servant leaders
- Dealing with difficult staff
- Managing Staff 101
- Building your Brand as a Leader
We support emerging leaders at every level and age. We will support them to grow and build their leadership skills to accomplish their goals and support their long-term growth opportunities.
Our learning circles support experienced leaders in building their capacity within and for an orgainsation. We work with them in supporting their personal, team and organisation goals. For today and for the future.
Face to Face sessions

- Choose either 9:30 am -10:30 am or 11:30 am – 12:30 pm

Leadership Coaching is a goal-oriented solution-focused conversation to support the development of the individual and their staff.
It is not a one-size-fits-all approach but a tailored solution to meet the individual’s needs.
Our team has been in senior leadership, including CEO positions, for over 20 years.
We define supervision as:
“Professional Supervision is a working alliance between a supervisor and a worker in which the worker can offer an account or recoding of their work, reflect on it, receive feedback and where appropriate, guidance. The object of this alliance is to enable the worker to gain in ethical competence, confidence & creativity, so as to give the best possible service to their clients”. We offer a meet, greet and fit session at no cost as it is essential for the supervisee to feel they can connect and build a working alliance with the coach for the coaching sessions to be successful.
Leadership training workshops
We pride ourselves in having supportive, flexible and tailored training, learning and development opportunities and courses, led by a team of highly experienced trainers.
We provide bespoke custom training, or you can sign up to one of our short courses.
Our courses are interactive and range from 3 hours to 1 day
